XAY50/1000-30U Embedded Dual Closed-Flow Filter Press for Electroplating Wastewater Treatment
The XAY50/1000-30U embedded dual closed-flow filter press is a set of electroplating wastewater filtration treatment equipment configured according to customer requirements. In addition to the main filter press unit, it is also equipped with a PP anti-corrosion discharge hopper, a pneumatic diaphragm pump, a PP hydrogen peroxide storage tank, an ammonia water storage tank, a hydrogen peroxide dosing pump, a mixing tank, and a platform, forming a relatively complete treatment and dosing system.
The equipment is used for filter pressing treatment of electroplating wastewater. During operation, the filtrate is clear, and the filter cake has a low moisture content, so the treatment effect meets customer requirements. The entire configuration takes into account anti-corrosion, chemical storage, dosing and mixing, and operational convenience, satisfying the customer's actual needs for electroplating wastewater treatment.
