630 Screw Jack Chamber Filter Press

Then, filter plates between keep plate and thrust plate will be tightly pressed, forming sealed filter chamber.

• Rack section: It consists of engine base, keep plate, thrust plate and girder, which can support filter plates and pressing system.
• Filtering part: It consists of filter plates and filter cloth. Both of them are arranged together and form sealed filter chamber. Slurry enters chamber by charging pump. Then, slurry will finish solid liquid separation by pressure and filter cloth. Finally, liquid will be discharged from drain valve.
• Pressing part: It is the power station of screw jack filter press. And it consists of pinion, rack wheel, guide screw and so on.

• It adopts high strength steel welded structure and solid frame. The rack part is covered with a protective coating, which can prolong service life.
• Its filter plates is made up of reinforced polypropylene which is solid and can bear high working pressure.
