450 Hydraulic once-open filter press is also called quick-open filter press. Compared with traditional manual unloading, this equipment is featured with high efficiency and so on. All filter plates are connected by chains, therefore, the machine can open multiple filter plates at a time. BBNEP hydraulic once-open filter press is the equipment for solid liquid separation, which integrates mechanical, electrical and hydraulic all together. It mainly consists of:

• Rack section: It is mainly used for supporting filtering part, including thrust plate, keep plate, engine base, oil cylinder body and main girder. The main girder is made up of quality steel. After sand blasting, it is easier to be painted. In addition, the main girder has resistance to lateral pressure, high tensile strength, good mechanical property and other features.
• Filtering part: It consists of filter plates and membrane plates. Both of them are arranged together and form sealed filter chamber. Slurry enters chamber by charging pump. Then, slurry will finish solid liquid separation by pressure and filter cloth. Finally, liquid will be discharged from drain valve.
• Hydraulic system: It consists of hydraulic pressure station and oil cylinder, and it is power station for equipment to finish compressing and opening filter plates. Hydraulic once-open filter press can finish multiple functions.
• Discharging mechanism：According to the number of filter plates, they will be divided into groups. Filter plates in each group are connected by iron chain. Pulling plate will open one group at a time, and then all filter plates will be open. This device for unloading filter cakes consists of variable frequency reduction motor, pulling device, transmission shaft, chain wheel, chain, frequency converter and PLC.
• Electrical control part：It is the control center of whole equipment, including electric control cabinet, breaker, air switch, intermediate relay, PLC, frequency converter, travel switch, proximity switch, touch panel and so on. There are manual control and automatic control for you to choose.

All parts of hydraulic once-open filter press is made up of quality materials, providing guarantees for good running condition.
