Single-head helicalrotor does eccentric rotation in stator with double-head helical inner cavity. Then, annular seal space will be formed between rotor and stator. When the rotor rotates, the volume of annular seal space will change, which can lead to the transport of liquid. That is working principle of G-type single screw pump.
1. It can transport suspension with particles, high concentration and viscosity.
2. It can steadily transport liquid. And there is no overflow, impluse, mixing and shear.
3. There is no connection between exhaust pressure and rotate speed. That is to say, low discharge can also keep higher exhaust pressure.
4. Flow rate is proportion to rotate speed . And you can adjust flow rate by speed change mechanism or high-speed electric machine.
5. It is featured with good self-priming ability. Therefore, bottom valve is no need here.
6. Lower noise and vibration.
