Beibang received a sludge treatment transformation plan from a solar panel factory in Jiangsu, through the on-site investigation of engineering department, it is found that photovoltaic waste water mainly comes from auxiliary waste liquid and cleaning waste water produced in the process of cutting off, grinding and slicing of silicon rod and grinding, corrosion and polishing of silicon wafer, etc, the processing difficulties mainly include: high concentration of organic matter (mainly polyethylene glycol, etc.), suspended matter (mainly silicon powder, silicon carbide, it also contains fluorine ions, acid and alkali (mainly hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid and other buffer acids) and other pollutants. And photovoltaic wastewater has obvious water quality characteristics:WastewaterThe concentration of pollutants varies greatly; the discharge flow of waste water is divided into time segments; the acid and alkali of waste water are extremely strong, and the corrosion of waste water to equipment is great; because the content of sodium silicate in waste water is relatively large, and the inhibiting effect of alcohol on bacteria, so the biochemical property of waste water is very poor;
After testing the samples, the laboratory of our company found that the main pollution factors were fluorine ions, COD and pH value. The fluorine ions in the waste water mainly come from the hydrofluoric acid used in the production process; the organic pollution components in the waste water mainly come from isopropyl alcohol and acetone used in the cashmere tank (the discharge frequency is very small ); acid-base Ph pollution factors are mainly hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide used in production. Therefore, after dozens of tests and cooperating with the customer's original treatment equipment, the following scheme is finally given: adjust the PH of the sewage hydrolysis acidification tank, and then adjust the organic matter through the MBR tank of the aerobic tank, the sludge that can pass through the filter press is finally formed. Acid-resistant materials are used when the filter press selects materials to prolong the service life of the filter press.
After the transformation, the effluent quality of the treatment station has been significantly improved. Moreover, the local environmental protection department conducted a water quality test on the Hongcheng city, and found that not only the organic matter treatment effect is good after the transformation, but also the water quality has been significantly improved, it can directly flow back into the clear water tank for reuse.
We are very honored to hear that this project is the first cooperation of beibang in photovoltaic sewage. The whole treatment process is not complicated. The last process is the program-controlled full-automatic diaphragm filter press recommended by beibang, after the transformation was completed, beibang also sent engineers to give instructions on the operation details, which were in place and hoped to cooperate again next time.
