A pharmaceutical factory in Fujian mainly produces various kinds of Chinese and Western medicines, among which Chinese and Western medicines are the main ones, while the waste water is mainly produced in the process of raw material washing, drug extraction and washing of traditional Chinese medicine production, etc, the main features of this kind of waste water are high concentration of organic pollutants, high content of suspended solids, high chromaticity, and complex and various types of biochemical inhibiting factors. Once entering the surrounding water body, it will cause great pollution to the original water resource system of rivers and lakes. Therefore, how to deal with this kind of waste water quickly and effectively has become a difficult problem faced by the current environmental protection field. Strengthening the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater is also a necessary measure to maintain the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.

After receiving the order, beibang designed a whole set of traditional Chinese medicine sewage treatment process for it after the technical personnel made field trips and had a detailed understanding of the sewage, combined with the existing civil engineering and sewage treatment equipment of this factory, it is equipped with traditional Chinese medicine sewage treatment equipment: Inclined Tube precipitator + finnton reactor + automatic diaphragm filter press. Inclined Tube sedimentation tank is a kind of highly efficient combined sedimentation tank. The principle is to set up many dense inclined tubes or inclined plates in the settlement area, so that the suspended impurities in the water can be precipitated in the inclined plates or inclined tubes, and the water will flow upwards along the inclined plates or inclined tubes, the separated mud slag slides down to the bottom of the pool along the inclined plate (pipe) under the action of gravity, and then is discharged intensively. For the treatment of high-concentration refractory wastewater, the Finland reaction tower can be used as biological pretreatment to improve water quality, improve the biodegradability of wastewater, and create favorable conditions for subsequent in-depth treatment, it is especially suitable for the deep treatment of organic wastewater such as landfill leachate which is difficult to be degraded or to be effective by General Chemical oxidation, and has the advantages of strong oxidation ability, simple operation and so on, it can be applied alone or collaborated with other technologies.

And the last and most important step is to achieve solid-liquid separation, the diaphragm filter press used here is a device which consists of the machine body, pneumatic tightening, automatic deviation adjustment, stepless speed control transmission, washing, filter belt and safety protection device. This equipment is mainly used to dehydrate the concentrated sludge (moisture content 95-98%) in the process of sewage treatment into mud cake (moisture content 17-55% ). The automatic diaphragm filter press produced by our company is made of high-strength materials, and the bearings equipped with it have long service life. At the same time, it adopts high-quality filter strips to ensure the performance and quality of the filter press. Compared with other dehydration machines (plate and frame filter press, centrifugal dehydrator, vacuum suction filter, this machine has the advantages of large processing capacity, high dehydration efficiency, long service life, low energy consumption, low noise, simple structure, low cost, safety and reliability, continuous automatic production, etc, it is especially suitable for the dehydration treatment of industrial sludge and domestic sludge with high concentration.
