Hydraulic oil is the "blood" of system operation, and its cleanliness and performance directly affect equipment stability. After the new machine is put into use, the hydraulic oil should be replaced for the first time within one month and the oil tank should be thoroughly cleaned to remove any metal debris and impurities left during processing; Regularly change the oil every 6 months to avoid aging of seals caused by oil oxidation and acidification.
The oil level should be strictly maintained at the center upper position of the liquid level line. If it is too low, it is easy to inhale air and cause cavitation, while if it is too high, it may overflow and pollute the environment. In low temperature environments (oil temperature below 10 ℃), an increase in hydraulic oil viscosity can cause slow system response. At this time, the heater needs to be started to raise the oil temperature to 20-40 ℃ to ensure oil fluidity.
Pipeline inspection: prevent minor issues and eliminate the risk of leakage
Hydraulic pipelines are key channels connecting oil pumps, oil cylinders, and valve groups, and are prone to leakage due to vibration, aging, or improper installation after long-term operation. It is recommended to focus on observing pipeline joints, welds, and hose bends during daily inspections. If oil stains or dripping are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for troubleshooting:
Slight oil leakage: tighten the joint bolts or replace the O-ring seal;
Serious leakage: Replace the ruptured pipeline and inspect adjacent components for corrosion caused by long-term leakage.
