A food factory located in Taizhou city, Jiangsu province, which contains all kinds of food processing plants, and it needs to be cleaned every day to produce a large amount of sludge, however, a very obvious characteristic of the sludge produced by food factories is that the content of organic matter is very high. For example, the sludge of beverage factories, fruit canning factories and other food production and processing factories all obviously have this characteristic, among them, pectin, food residue and so on have also intensified the difficulty of sludge dewatering. Organic sludge in food factories is too difficult to deal with, which has become a big trouble for enterprises. Although using ordinary sludge filter press to dehydrate the sludge of food factory is relatively cheap and can basically meet the requirements of environmental protection department on sludge, it is difficult to make sludge cake molding under low pressure, moreover, the phenomenon of sticking filter cloth is relatively common, the sludge dewatering cycle is long, and with the process of cleaning the sludge filter cloth, the whole sludge treatment efficiency is very low. Aiming at these features, we have launched ultra-high pressure full-automatic sludge filter press to improve the current situation of sludge treatment in food factories.
Similar to other sludge treatments, we also suggest that the sludge produced by the sewage treatment of food factory should be tempered, and the sludge should be modified according to the main components and characteristics of the sludge with appropriate tempering reagents, to reduce the difficulty of sludge dewatering. The tuned sludge is transported by the high-pressure plunger pump. Under the pressure of the high-pressure plunger pump 2MPa, the sludge of the food factory is preliminarily dehydrated and then enters into the ultra-high pressure sludge filter press, and finally the relatively clear water is discharged, it can be used for toilet washing, farmland irrigation and so on, and the filter cake can be transported to special places for treatment.
Organic sludge from food factories is indeed difficult to deal with, but it is not impossible. At present, the ultra-high pressure sludge filter press of our company has been put into operation in many domestic food factories for sludge treatment. After treatment, the sludge can stably reach the moisture content below 60%, with high sludge treatment efficiency and low cost, it brings unprecedented improvement to sludge treatment of food factories.
In the past, the waste water was discharged directly into the river after sedimentation treatment, which led to the eutrophia of the river. Later, this set of treatment scheme was used, and the cost was not big, but the purification effect was particularly obvious, and the generated mud is also very convenient to transport. It can be said that sewage is changed into clean water.
