800 Plate-and-frame Automatic Pressure Keeping Filter Press

800 plate-and-frame automatic pressure keeping filter press is also called hydraulic filter press. It is featured with good performance, easy operation and low maintenance charge. Therefore, it is ideal equipment for waste water treatment in many industries. 

800 filter press achieves automatic pressure maintaining by pressure gauge with electric contact. As a kind of intermittent pressure filter, it can be used in solid liquid separation of various suspension. It mainly consists of frame parts, filtration parts, hydraulic parts and electric-control parts. The hydraulic device adopted is used as actuating unit for pressing and loosening filter plates.

When filter press works, piston in the oil cylinder will push keep plate, so as to compress filter plates and filter cloth. In this way, slurry in the filter chamber will be fully dehydrated.

When the filter press is in the condition of automatic pressure maintaining, the pressure is controlled by electric- contact pressure gauges. The upper limit and lower limit are set at required values. When the pressing force achieve the upper limit, the power supply will be cut off, oil pump stop supplying electricity. Then, the potential internal and external leakage may cause the decrease in compression. When the pressure reduces to the lower limit, the power will be switched on and the oil pump will start to supply oil. Next, when the pressure achieve upper limit, the next cycle will begin. In this way, automatic pressure keeping filter press can guarantee good performance and high efficiency.
