Using a plunger pump, the material is driven into a filter chamber composed of a circular filter plate. Under the action of pressure, the liquid in the material smoothly passes through the filter cloth and is discharged out of the body; the solid material is blocked by the filter cloth in the filter chamber and gradually accumulates to form a round filter cake. After the filter press is completed, the filter plate can be pulled out in order to discharge the material, and the filter cake can be automatically detached by using gravity.
