BBNEP's diaphragm filter press adopts the method of reinforcing polypropylene filter plate and diaphragm filter plate alternately. After one filtration, the diaphragm plate can be inflated to complete the pressing of the filter cake again, and the sludge is deeply dehydrated. The moisture can be reduced to 30% or even lower. And the frame part of the machine is made up of Q345 rectangular steel, which has stronger impact resistance. After weld and sand blasting, the oxidation layer on the surface will be removed and oil paint will firmly attached to middle plate.
