The supernatant liquid can be discharged up to the standard, while the sludge in the lower layer has a high solids content and cannot be directly discharged. BBNEP filter press achieves sludge treatment by solid-liquid separation. The solid-liquid separation of sludge is carried out in the filter chamber. The pressure of the mud pump and the filter medium (filter cloth) are used to trap the solid matter in the filter chamber to form a filter cake with a low water content, so that the filtrate can be discharged to the standard. At the same time, filter cake is easier to transport and handle than sludge.
