BBNEP filter press is featured with compact structure, high efficiency and easy operation. The filter press plate adopts convex cylindrical points design which is different with traditional straight or cross-strip flume. The new design can greatly enlarge valid water diversion area. When filtrate passes through filter cloth, it can flow in any direction. Therefore, this design can greatly improve filtration efficiency by shorten flow path. In addition, the filter plates are made up of polypropylene by melting and molding, which has stronger anti-pressure ability and stable chemical properties.

When the filter press works, the compression system will be opened, the tail plate will slowly move toward the head plate. All filter plates are pressed tightly, and forms multiple closed space. Then you can open the feed pump to extract sludge, sludge will be dispersed in filter chambers. Under pump pressure, the filtrate will pass through filter cloth, while solid materials are intercepted on the filter cloth. Until the filter chamber is full of solid and no filtrate flows out, you can close the feed pump and compression system. Then you can pull the filter plate one by one, so as to remove the filter cake. This is a complete a filtration work.
