The pressure in the filtration process is mainly composed of the pump pressure and the pressure of the filter itself (hydraulic, mechanical compression force and jack compression force). The filter cloth acts as a filter medium, and the filter plate provides space for solid-liquid separation (i.e., a filter chamber formed after compaction). The pumped sewage is evenly distributed in each filter chamber. With the continuous discharge of the filtrate, the solid matter in the filter chamber gradually increases, and a filter cake is gradually formed. When the filtrate no longer flows out, you can turn off the sludge pump, loosen the filter plate, and discharge filter cakes. The filter cake formed by sewage from different industries can be treated according to the actual situation.
