Modern Design Plate Filter Press,BBNEP automatic water washing filter press uses high-pressure water gun to clean the filter cloth, which has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high processing efficiency and filter cake drying. Its automatic water flushing system has high pressure and adopts closed brush design, which has better effect; close-range high-pressure flushing saves energy consumption; independent flushing system saves operating space; stainless steel material, beautiful and anti-corrosion; with the flip system, it can also recycle flushing water, saving resources.

BBNEP filter press is featured with compact structure, high efficiency and easy operation. The filter press plate adopts convex cylindrical points design which is different with traditional straight or cross-strip flume. The new design can greatly enlarge valid water diversion area. When filtrate passes through filter cloth, it can flow in any direction. Therefore, this design can greatly improve filtration efficiency by shorten flow path. In addition, the filter plates are made up of polypropylene by melting and molding, which has stronger anti-pressure ability and stable chemical properties.

Modern Design Plate Filter Press,BBNEP mechanical filter presses use electrical machinery to drive the keep plate to compress the filter plate to form a closed filter chamber. After the filter plate is pressed tightly, the material enters the filter chamber composed of the filter plate. Under the action of the mud pump, the liquid passes through the filter plate and enters the liquid outlet channel along the filter plate groove, and is discharged out of the machine. The solid material is trapped in the filter chamber due to its large diameter. With the continuous input of materials, solid particles gradually accumulate to form a filter cake. When there is no longer filtrate flowing out, you can turn off the feed pump, loosen the filter plate, and manually pull the filter plate in sequence to discharge. After the discharge is completed, the filter plate can be pressed again for the next round of pressure filtration.
