We are strict to every production link of BBNEP filter presses. As for jack part, we use Q345 middle plate as raw materials. After weld and sand blasting, the oxidation layer on the surface will be removed and oil paint will firmly attached to middle plate. In addition, filter plates play an important role in sewage filtration. Our filter press are made up of polypropylene by being molded with special recipe. While membrane filter plate is made up of TPE membrane, which can realize “secondary press” of filter cakes.

The keep plate presses the filter plate with the power provided by the hydraulic cylinder to form a closed filter chamber for storing solid substances. At the same time, after the filter plate is compressed, it can effectively prevent the slurry from leaking. The slurry pump will drive the material into the filter chamber; the filter cloth will block the solid particles in the filter chamber to form a filter cake, and the filtrate will penetrate the filter cloth and be discharged out of the body. The solid material gradually accumulated on the surface of the filter cloth, which affected the discharge of the filtrate. Therefore, the pump with low head and large flow is used in the early stage of filtration, and the pump with high head and low flow is used in the later stage, thereby improving the efficiency of solid-liquid separation. Finally, the filter plate is loosened and unloaded to complete the sewage treatment.
