Sewage Sludge Treatment Filter,In order to meet some industries’ requirements of lower filter cake moisture, BBNEP manufactures membrane filter press, which has function of “secondary filtration”. The membrane filter plates are made up of TPE rubber. The filtration part of membrane filter press includes membrane filter plates and chamber filter press, and they are arranged alternatively. You can introduce air or water to membrane filter plates, so as to make them expand and further press filter cakes. In this way, the moisture of filter cakes will be further reduced. This filtering equipment is suitable for municipal wastewater treatment and dyeing wastewater treatment.

The filter part of the filter press is composed of filter plates and filter cloths. At the beginning of the filtration, the mud is pumped into filter chambers by feed hole on the thrust plate, and the solid liquid separation is carried out with the pressure generated by the slurry pump. Due to the role of the filter medium (filter cloth), the solids remain in the filter chamber to form a filter cake, the filtrate is discharged by the drain. If the filter press is equipped with diaphragm filter plate, you can introduce compressed air or high-pressure water to membrane filter plates, so as to further reduce the water content of the filter cake.
