BBNEP filter press equipment has the characteristics of simple operation, high dehydration efficiency and long service life. The filter press frame adopts Q345 medium plate. After a series of treatments such as cutting, welding and sand blasting, the corrosion resistance is enhanced and it is not easy to deform. In addition, the hydraulic filter press can also be equipped with automatic plate shifter to achieve automatic discharge, thereby reducing work intensity and shortening the filtration cycle.

BBNEP filter press consists of rack part, filtration part, hydraulic part and electric control part. The main girder is made up of Q345 middle plate by carbon-dioxide arc welding.
