The whole rack of filter press adopts Q345 middle plate, which is not easy to deform and corrosion resistant. In terms of some special industrial requirements, we also provide membrane filter press for lower filter cakes moisture, high-pressure round filter press, filter press with automatic plate shifter and filter press with automatic cloth washing device.

BBNEP filter press belongs to intermittent solid-liquid separation equipment. It separates the solid matter and liquid in sewage by means of pressure and filter medium (filter cloth). The solid matter forms a filter cake in the filter chamber, which is convenient for transportation. The filtrate can be directly discharged, or recycled according to industry conditions. After the filtration is completed, the filter plate is pulled apart and the filter cake is unloaded. Then filter plate will be pressed again to enter the next cycle of sewage treatment.
