The filter plate of BBNEP's diaphragm filter press is composed of reinforced polypropylene filter plate and diaphragm filter plate. The diaphragm plate is made of TPE rubber and can withstand tens of thousands of expansion deformations to adapt to the secondary pressing process. The filter plate has a longer service life, and the hydraulic system uses a vertical structure, which is safer and easier to maintain. After the second press using the membrane filter press, the moisture content of the filter cake can be reduced to 30%, especially for organic sludge treatment, the effect is more significant.

In addition to the precision design and manufacture of the filter press itself, BBNEP has also designed an automatic plate shifter. The pull plate system is mainly used to take and pull the filter plate to complete the discharge. The general filter presses pull plates by manual operation. In large sewage treatment sites, this manual pull plate operation will increase labor intensity and extend the filtration cycle. The system can be controlled by PLC, which can automatically pull the filter plate for discharge after the filteration is completed, without the need for manpower, greatly shortening the filter cycle, and also improving the work efficiency of the filter press.

Filter Press,When the filter press works, the compression system will be opened, the tail plate will slowly move toward the head plate. All filter plates are pressed tightly, and forms multiple closed space. Then you can open the feed pump to extract sludge, sludge will be dispersed in filter chambers. Under pump pressure, the filtrate will pass through filter cloth, while solid materials are intercepted on the filter cloth. Until the filter chamber is full of solid and no filtrate flows out, you can close the feed pump and compression system. Then you can pull the filter plate one by one, so as to remove the filter cake. This is a complete a filtration work.
