In order to effectively improve automation and efficiency of filter press, BBNEP equipped hydraulic filter press with automatic plate shifters. Automatic plate shifters are separately installed on two sides of filter press. When filtration is installed, you can control filter plate shifters by electric control cabinet and make them pull filter plates to discharge filter cakes. As for large-scale wastewater treatment, this design can not only shorten filtration cycle, but also decrease labor strength.

BBNEP filter press belongs to intermittent solid-liquid separation equipment. It separates the solid matter and liquid in sewage by means of pressure and filter medium (filter cloth). The solid matter forms a filter cake in the filter chamber, which is convenient for transportation. The filtrate can be directly discharged, or recycled according to industry conditions. After the filtration is completed, the filter plate is pulled apart and the filter cake is unloaded. Then filter plate will be pressed again to enter the next cycle of sewage treatment.
