The most potential reason may be poorly sealed. In terms of this situation, there are two forms of expression, including overflow of oil equivalent on expansion link and closed steel ball cannot work normally in reversing valve of oil line.

In addition, due to long-term work and thousands of stretching frequency of hydraulic press, there is frequent friction between piston seal and wall. That is to say, the seal ring is easy to be damaged. Under this condition, the oil that enters one liquid chamber will flow out of another liquid chamber, which may reduce power of piston. At the same time, the pressure on filter plates will be greatly reduced.

The next reason may be insufficient hydraulic oil. The filter press works at a high intensity for a long time, the hydraulic oil will gradually become less and less. Because this phenomenon is fine, we always ignore it. When the amount of hydraulic oil decreases to the lowest limit, the oil pump cannot obtain enough oil and the hydraulic press cannot produce enough pressure to tightly press filter plates.

Therefore, you should check sealing problems, frequently change sealing roll and add hydraulic oil in time, so as to efficiently prevent filter press from insufficient pressure.
