  1. The type and performance of feeding pump should meet requirements of rate of flow, head, pressure, temperature, cavitation flow, suction head pump and other technological parameters.
  2. It must can meet requirements of media characteristics: reliable shaft sealing or zero leakage pump are necessary for sending inflammable, explosive, poisonous or valuable medium, such as membrane pump, canned motor pump and magnetic force driving pump. The pump that sends corrosive medium should adopts anti-corrosion convection components.
  3. In terms of mechanical properties, it should has higher reliability, lower noise and smaller vibration.
  4. You should consider the total cost, including equipment cost, running cost, maintenance cost and management cost.
  5. The centrifugal pump is featured with high rotate speed, small volume, light weight, high efficiency, large flow rate, simple structure, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance and so on. Therefore, this kind of pump may be a good choice in most conditions.
