7. It is hard to keep up with pressure

Potential reasons include oil leakage, piston seal broken, malfunction of pilot operated check valve malfunction, leakage of safety valve and so on. You should find reason immediately to guarantee normal operation.

8. No movement of pressing and return

Insufficient oil level, plunger pump damage, return relief valve spring relaxation, no action of solenoid valve may cause that compression and return operation are not good.

9. Plate shifter is out of order

Firstly, you should check electrical and solenoid valves of plate shifter system. Then you should see if the transmission is stuck. Finally, you can solve these problems in turn.

10. Time relay is out of order

This may be due to improper adjustment of control time, electrical circuit fault, time relay damage, repair or replace corresponding part is ok.
