3. Regularly make insulation and reliability test on electronic control system. If you find poor action accuracy and flexibility, please repair or replace electrical elements timely.
4. Check and maintain hydraulic components and dealing of all joints.
5. You should regularly check the tightness of filter plates, and keep their surface clean. In addition, you should carefully check the filter cloths before filtration. And you can regularly clean filter cloths after filtration, so as to keep filter cloths in good performance.
6. If you don’t use the device in a long time, you can clean filter plates and put them on the rack. At the same time, you should press them with 1-5MPa pressure. In terms of filter cloth, you should wash and make them dry. The exposed portion of the piston rod and manifold block should be coated with butter.
