Introduction of sludge filter press
The sludge filter press consists of rack, filter plates and filter cloths. During working process, the keep plate will tightly press all filter press plates. And the pressure on the joint face of each filtering plate must withstand the pressure produced from sludge pump.
Generally speaking, the sludge will enter filter press by feeding hole on the end of filter press. In addition, all holes on the center of filter plates will form a channel to make sludge pass through. Because filter press cloth is finely or tightly meshed, solid materials will be blocked and accumulate in the filter chambers until compact filter cakes are formed. Meanwhile, the filtrate will flow out and be collected.

1. Temperature of hydraulic oil: The temperature of hydraulic oil is generally maintained at 10 ~ 65°C. Excessively high oil temperature can vaporize the oil, generate water vapor, and cause corrosion to the accessories in the machine.
