BBNEP filter press is widely used in many industries for wastewater treatment. In order to know more about it, let us see some detailed examples.

1.Ceramic wastewater treatment

The solid materials in ceramic wastewater has strong viscosity. As the ideal equipment for ceramic wastewater treatment, high-pressure round filter press can make solid materials into filter cakes. If you adopt membrane filter plates, you will get filter cakes with lower moisture.

2.Wool scouring wastewater treatment

Wool scouring wastewater smells terrible and has lots of suspended matter and pollutant like grease. After adding flocculants and sedimentation, the bottom mud can be treated by filter press. After the solid liquid separation of filter press, you will get filter cakes and filtrate. The filtrate can be used again or discharged directly.

3.Sand-washing wastewater treatment

Sand-washing wastewater is mainly from water for washing sandstone. It is featured with low solid content and large discharge. BBNEP filter press will treat the wastewater after adding flocculants and sedimentation. After solid liquid separation, the filtrate can be used in sand washing again. The filter cakes are more convenient for transportation and further treatment.

4.Treatment of ore-dressing wastewater

The resource of ore-dressing wastewater mainly is tailing wastewater, which is featured with complex components, plenty of toxic and harmful substance, low concentration and so on. The filter cloth in filter press will separate solid materials from liquid and leave them in filter chambers. The filtrate discharged can be used for ore-dressing again.
