Small Membrane Filter Press Successfully Commissioned

In response to the customer's actual working conditions, we recommended the XAZGF26-800-UB small membrane filter press. The equipment adopts membrane squeezing technology. After feeding is completed, secondary membrane squeezing further removes water from the filter cake, making the cake drier and easier to form. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a closed filtrate discharge system and a flip-type drip tray, which effectively collect dripping liquid that may occur during filtration, keep the site clean, and reduce manual cleaning.

The equipment is used to process pistachio processing waste and achieve solid-liquid separation. It can reduce waste volume and lower subsequent transportation and disposal costs. The equipment has a small footprint and is suitable for the existing production line layout; filtrate discharge is smooth, avoiding splashing and dripping; operation and maintenance are convenient, improving workshop hygiene; and the filter cake has low moisture content, making it convenient for subsequent off-site transport or resource utilization.
