Filter cloths retain the solid particles while allowing water to pass through, gradually forming a filter cake with low moisture content and achieving the separation of solids from liquids. Once filtration is complete, the filter cake is automatically discharged; it can then be transported for recovery or disposed of in compliance with regulations.
