Our 80 m² Membrane Filter Press Ships to Indonesia to Support Efficient Phosphating Sludge Treatment
Recently, a unit of our 80 m² membrane filter press (Model: XAZGF12-800-30U) successfully completed production and inspection and has been loaded and shipped to Indonesia. The equipment will be mainly used for a local phosphating solution sludge treatment project, providing the customer with an efficient and stable solid-liquid separation solution.
In view of the operating conditions of phosphating solution sludge, the equipment has been designed with targeted anti-corrosion measures. The main beams adopt a stainless steel-clad structure, effectively improving the corrosion resistance of key components, extending the service life of the entire machine, and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
At the same time, the membrane filter press is equipped with a secondary squeezing function. After filtration is completed, the membrane further squeezes and dewaters the filter cake, effectively reducing the moisture content of the filter cake and the sludge volume. This helps the customer reduce the pressure of subsequent transportation and disposal and improves overall sludge treatment efficiency.
The equipment has now been loaded and shipped. Going forward, our company will continue to follow up on the equipment's arrival, installation, commissioning, and operation, provide timely technical support and service support, and look forward to the customer's feedback after actual use.

The customer purchased an XMZGZF80/1000UB membrane filter press for power plant wastewater treatment. In view of the strong corrosiveness, fine particles, and high viscosity of power plant wastewater, the equipment is equipped with liquid-receiving tilting plates. The frame is anti-corrosion treated with epoxy resin, and the liquid-contact panels are made of FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic). This can effectively catch dripping liquid and also provide good corrosion resistance, helping to keep the site clean and reduce corrosion of equipment and platforms by corrosive media.
