21 m² Single-Pull Chamber Filter Press Shipped to Italy
Recently, a 21 m² single-pull chamber filter press completed production and inspection and was officially shipped to a customer site in Italy. The equipment adopts a single-pull structure based on the customer's working conditions and requirements, offering clear advantages in discharge efficiency and cycle time and providing more efficient equipment support for the customer's on-site solid-liquid separation process.

It is understood that the core advantage of the single-pull chamber filter press lies in its fast discharge. During discharge, the filter plates can be opened in a single pull, reducing the auxiliary time required for plate-by-plate opening, thereby shortening equipment discharge time, accelerating the overall filtration cycle, and improving on-site continuous operation efficiency. The single-pull structure is well suited to working conditions that require fast discharge and higher cycle frequencies.

At the same time, equipment size and on-site space conditions must be comprehensively considered when selecting a single-pull structure. As the number of filter plates increases, the cylinder stroke required for a single pull is correspondingly extended, and the overall length of the equipment also increases. Therefore, in actual selection, it is generally not recommended to use a single-pull structure for equipment with too many filter plates or too large a filtration area. Based on conventional selection experience, single-pull chamber filter presses are usually recommended for models with a filtration area of approximately 30 m² or less and a relatively small number of filter plates. For equipment with a larger filtration area or more filter plates, factors such as on-site length, cylinder stroke, and installation space should be comprehensively evaluated, and group opening or other discharge methods may be adopted when necessary. The 21 m² model shipped to Italy this time falls within the size range suitable for a single-pull structure.
