The rack of BBNEP filter press consists of main girder, keep plate, thrust plate, oil cylinder base and landing legs that is welded with Q345 middle plate by carbon-dioxide arc welding. After high temperature annealing treatment, we will use jet-stream peening machine to remove rust and oxide layer on the surface of rack. At the same time, many tiny holes will be left on the surface of the rack, which can enhance adhesive force of antirust paint and finishing coat.
