In the whole process, a large number of suspended solids dispersed in the waste water are aggregated under the adsorption and bridging effect of the flocculant after 5-10 minutes of reaction between the suspended solids and the flocculant in the waste water, which are precipitated in the parallel flow, and the water enters into the clean water tank, and there is a pump into the recycling system. The clay deposited in the sedimentation tank and the reaction tank is pumped into the sludge for concentration, and the supernatant returns to the underground collecting tank. The sludge enters the plate-frame filter press through the pump to produce the mud cake of raw materials under pressure.
