Product Introduction

Titanium cartridge filter adopts Titanium powder sintered filter element, which usually is used for rough filtration or intermediate filtering. This filter element is featured with high precision, high temperature resistance and high mechanical strength. In addition, it is widely used in pharmaceuticals industry. The housing material is 316L or 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP standard.

Product Features
  1. High filter fitness; it can filter all particles that is above 0.2μm at once.
  2. It has no influence on liquid, absorbing material and catalyst and will not change original elements of working medium.
  3. Occupy less space, low filtration resistance, low power consumption, easy operation and low labor intensity.
  4. Anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance (lower than 280℃), oxidation resistance. It is suitable for fine filtration of high temperature acid, alkali and sodium and various organic solvents.
  5. Non-poisonous, non-magnetic, shedding-free, non-pollution and good biocompatibility.
  6. It is easy to dismounting and can realize automatic production by network.
Application

It is widely used for solid liquid separation in food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
